Joyce Insurance Group – Statement on Coronavirus Preparedness
March 11, 2020
As a business that provides risk management products and services, Joyce Insurance Group is closely monitoring the Coronavirus outbreak that has been taking place this year. According to the CDC, imported cases of this strain of Coronavirus, called COVID-19, have been detected in the U.S. The CDC has speculated that more cases are likely to be identified in the coming days, including more cases in the United States. It’s also likely that person-to-person spread will continue to occur within the United States.
For these reasons, Joyce Insurance Group has taken steps to ensure that we have contingencies in place so that our service will not be disrupted.
These include:
- Ensuring Joyce Insurance Group employees adhere to best practices for limiting the spread of infectious diseases
- Implementing procedures and processes for Joyce Insurance Group employees to work remotely in the event of an outbreak
- Limiting company-related employee travel
You can rest assured that Joyce Insurance Group will remain open for business to serve your insurance needs. More information on the Coronavirus can be found on the CDC website: https://www.cdc.gov/nCoV/
